Step 1

  1. Blend all the ingredients all together to make the tart shell. Wrap the dough in plastic and store in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  2. After 2 hours, prepare a parchment paper and sprinkle it with flour then roll the refrigerated dough into a pie pan. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

  1. Preheat the oven to 177 degrees Celsius, then pre-bake the crust for about 10 minutes.
  2. While waiting for the crust, prepare for the filling. Mix together all the ingredients for the pumpkin pie filling.

Step 3

  1. Next, pour the filling mixture into the pie pan and bake again for 45 minutes or until the pie beautiful and golden.
  2. Pumpkin Pie is ready to be served. Enjoy!
