Let’s try this quick weight loss Egg Salad that can be eaten as – in a late dinner, as early morning sandwiches or simply with to-go lunch.
1. Take a large bowl and add grated cabbage, carrot, tomatoes, capsicum, green chilli and coriander leaves. Give it a mix.
2. Then add boiled eggs, black salt, lemon juice, black pepper powder and chat masala. Mix them all together.
