Egg and Cheese Breakfast Quesadilla

As we all know that Egg and Cheese go so well together. Let’s try this Egg and Cheese Quesadilla to begin our mornings with some tasty notes.

Getting It Done

  1. Take one bowl, break some eggs and whisk them with a hot sauce and salt in it until they are fully mixed. Then, add beans and set them aside.
  2. Take one medium-sized non-stick frying pan and add butter. Then, pour the egg mixture and let it cook, until the eggs are just set for about 1-3 minutes. Now, transfer the mixture to a bowl to hold the cooking process (the eggs will finish cooking in the quesadilla). Stir in the cilantro, green onion and jalapeno.
  3. Take one large skillet on a medium heat and let the tortilla warm and flip them occasionally. Let the tortilla and pan are warm, and then sprinkle one-half of the cheese over one-half of the tortilla. Top the cheese with scrambled eggs, and then top the scrambled eggs with the leftover cheese.
  4. Now, press the empty tortilla halve over the toppings. Cook the quesadilla until it is golden and crispy on the bottom, keep on cooking for about 1-2 minutes on a low-heat. Flip the quesadilla to the other side until it is golden and crispy as well.
  5. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and shift it to the cutting board. After a few minutes when it cools down a bit, slice each quesadilla into 2 slices.
  6. Your Egg and Cheese Quesadilla is ready to eat. Serve it with your favourite sauce/ salsa on the side.
