How to make with Ise Eggs?

Getting It Done

  • Melt butter in a preheated pan, once melted add cumin seeds and once they begin to sizzle, add garlic and saute them for a few seconds.
  • Next, add onions along with the green chilies. Cook the onions until they are golden brown in colour. Now, add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder.
  • Stir in the chopped tomatoes, sprinkle some water and cover them until they become mushy. Cook them for 3-4 mins, then open the lid, and with the help of a potato masher, mash the tomato-onion mixture well. Add pav bhaji masala as well and mix them all along.
  • Now, break 3 eggs in a bowl and gently add them to the tomato-onion base on medium-high heat. Mix them all well to scramble the eggs. Once the eggs are scrambled, add the chopped boiled eggs and mix them all together. 
  • Before serving, check the salt and adjust accordingly, after this transfer your Anda Ghotala into a serving platter and set it aside.

Making Fried Egg

  • Now, break 3 eggs in a bowl and gently add them to the tomato-onion base on medium-high heat. Mix them all well to scramble the eggs. Once the eggs are scrambled, add the chopped boiled eggs and mix them all together. 
  • Before serving, check the salt and adjust accordingly, after this transfer your Anda Ghotala into a serving platter and set it aside.
